ref decline in fox numbers. I have encouraged foxes into our garden with titbits in the summer and dog food in winter for years, they catch any rats for pudding. We also have families of hedgehogs in for scraps of food, they eat the slugs. So for a few bob, we have sheer pleasure of monitoring their antics and a pest free garden. Lily the pink

Fox numbers may be on the decline in the country but they are certainly on the rise in our towns and cities. I have seen more foxes in town than I ever did as a child living in the country.
