I FEEL really guilty because the woman I work with is obsessed with me – and has been for many months.

She goes bright red when she sees me.

Colleagues love to rib me about her crush and she once got very drunk and told me that she loved me.

Now I’m single again and wonder if I should go to bed with her – just to make her happy.

I’m not one for charity, but do feel sorry for her because I’m told she’s lonely and put upon by the widowed mother she lives with.

A pal of mine has a flat on the south coast so I could take her there for a free weekend of sex, cider and fish and chips.

My pals tell me to go for it, but would she want more than I’m willing to give? JANE SAYS: Stop right there. You’re playing with fire and you know it.

Organising a cheap weekend away with this woman would be wrong on so many levels.

For a start she’s vulnerable. Her home life doesn’t sound great and she fixed on you in the office.

I can guarantee she is hoping for a full-blown relationship. You and she work together and you can’t possibly risk hurting her.

I urge you to stop listening to any mates who are winding you up and start getting on with your work like a professional.

Be polite and courteous towards your colleague, but don’t give her any false hope. That wouldn’t be fair.
