To blueleader: many of us including MPs have worn the small poppy, the british legion are happy because they receive more money for it rather than the standard poppy. Mr corbyns suit it may not of cost a thousand pounds but it was perfectly acceptable. Positive t

I totally agree with dawn neesom that blair shouldn’t have been at the Cenotaph but neither should any PM or ex-PM, they all have blood on their hands either from sending troops to war or selling billions in arms to warlords worldwide. snelgrave, glaschu

°

everyone goes on about the hypocrisy of blair, broon & co attending the Cenotaph what about the queen attending? The british army fight & die in her name. sonny

“Mummy, I’m sorry for this” little Charlie Proctor’s last words as his mum and dad cuddled him as he passed away. Charlie had liver cancer and his only chance seemed to be going to America for treatment that would cost about $1million, money was raised, Pink donated 10 grand, but Charlie’s parents were unable to raise the full amount. It makes my blood boil when I hear of children like Charlie succumb to illnesses before they have a chance to do the things most of us take for granted, when there are so many multi millionaires in this country who could help financially. I wish I was a millionaire I would have paid for Charlie’s treatment. RIP Charlie. gts
