NO-ONE LIKES HER... BUT TEZ DON’T CARE!

TEZZA CHANNELS INNER MILLWALL PM tackles Brexit critics:

- By ALEXANDER BROWN alex.brown@dailystar.co.uk

THERESA May was yesterday attacked on all sides as she pleaded with MPs to back her Brexit deal.

The Prime Minister struggled through a steady salvo from her critics, being blasted by Brexiteers, Remainers and hordes of her own MPs.

A massive 32 MPs from six parties in the Commons lined up to tear the PM’s plans apart.

Mrs May is now fighting for her political future with her deal seemingly dead in the water. Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said: “The

Prime Minister may have achieved agreement across 27 heads of state, but she has lost support of the country.

“This deal is not a plan for Britain’s future.

“Ploughing on is not stoic, it is an act of national self-harm.

“So, for the good of the nation, this house has little choice but to reject this terrible deal.”

Brexiteer Boris Johnson said: “It is very hard to see how this deal can provide certainty to business or anyone else.”

Tory Remainer Anna

Soubry said: “The majority of people in this House will not vote in favour of the Prime Minister’s deal, despite her very best efforts, so she needs Plan

B.” The DUP’s Sammy Wilson asked: “Does the Prime Minister not recognise that she has handed the EU a cudgel which it will use to mug us?”

Even close ally Michael Fallon suggested he would not back the deal. He said: “Is it really wise to trust the future of our economy to a pledge merely to use best endeavours?”

But a defiant Mrs May warned: “We can back this deal, deliver on the vote of the referendum and move on to building a brighter future. Or this House can choose to reject this deal and go back to square one.”

MPs will vote on her deal on December 11 after five days of debate.
