SUPER-svelte Ferne McCann has transformed her body with a new workout and reckons it has given her a peachy bum into the bargain!

The I’m A Celebrity and exTowie star has bounced back after her split from convicted acid attacker Arthur Collins.

And, after giving birth to a baby girl in 2017, she is looking hotter than ever.

Now the 28-year-old is sharing her workout secrets via her debut fitness DVD, Fit As Ferne.

She told the Daily Star: “I fell off the wagon and didn’t train for three months so it was a New Year resolution last year to get my body back to where it was.

“I just wanted to get fit and feel healthy. I’ve been working out two to three times a week for an hour at a time.”

And sticking to her new regime means that Ferne has lost her flab. She adds: “I’ve dropped two dress sizes and am now a healthy size eight.”

The key to her new body is following a high-intensity workouts regime devised with her trainer Ellie Hopley.

She explains: “I like to focus on sculpting one part of the body at a time and the DVD is a genuine reflection of what I’ve been doing in the gym.

Sweating

“There are lots of quick-fire workouts like jumping lunges, doing as many reps as you can or specific exercise to target your abs. It’s designed to get your heart pumping and your body sweating, focusing on toning, building your core strength and burning fat.

“The HIIT section will get you fitter faster and help you burn calories even after you’ve finished the workout.”

But it’s the section on working your glutes – the muscles that support your bum – that she really loves.

She laughs: “I’m all for a bit of perfect pert booty. Things like doing deadlifts in the gym – I know they work!”

Ferne is also a fan of exercises that you can build round a busy lifestyle.

She explains: “About 80% of people drop off on their New Year resolutions. But if I can do it then I think anyone can. You have to be realistic and fit it around your schedule making the workouts short and snappy.”

However, Ferne reckons people can get too hung up on what they’re eating.

She says: “I don’t like the scales, some people can get too obsessed with counting calories.”

So what does she eat and drink? The star glugs a nutritional Herbalife shake each morning and has a brunch of toasted rye bread with cottage cheese, snacking on bananas. She adds: “I like salads

1. Get started: Beginning your workouts is the first hurdle, but don’t put too much pressure on yourself – remember you can do them in pyjamas!

2. Let other people know: If you’ve got a fitness goal tell others – they can help motivate you to achieve it.

3. Set dates: Have a goal and put it in the dairy. My aim was the National Television Awards last year. I didn’t want to look bloated on the red carpet, I wanted

to feel good.
