Cheryl blasts back at critics

-

NEW SHOW: Judge CHERYL Tweedy has hit back at criticism of her recent telly performances and has urged the nation to “just enjoy” all entertainment.

The pop star launched into the rant ahead of her starring role as a judge on The Greatest Dancer, which begins on Saturday.

It is seen as make-orbreak for the ex-Girls Aloud beauty’s career after her flop pop comeback last year.

But she hit out at those who slated her and says viewers should enjoy rather than criticise.

“It makes me sad that we really put a lot of focus on to criticism. Just enjoy,” Cheryl said.

“It’s entertainment, we’re not trying to revolutionise the world.

“People are just trying to entertain you with their talent, with their skill, with their passion.

“I’m just looking forward to watching people shine.”

Mum-of-one Chezza, 35, will appear on the judging panel alongside Strictly dancer Oti Mabuse and ex-Glee star Matthew Morrison.

The dancing show is the first Simon Cowell vehicle to air on the BBC.
