BOYZONE’S farewell tour hasn’t even started but Ronan Keating is already plotting his next solo move.

The Irish singer has recorded a new solo album on the back of the quartet’s year-long Thank You & Goodnight tour.

The star had to say goodbye to Boyzone so they could all get on with their lives.

Ronan, who has temporarily left his Magic radio show, told me: “I’m making another solo album and I want to get back to the radio.

“But it’s like spinning plates, we have to park these things so we can be Boyzone today then go back to that tomorrow.”

Ronan’s follow-up to 2016 LP, Time Of My Life, is expected later this year, while Boyzone dates are still ongoing.

Although the tour kicks off in Brighton on February 5, they still don’t know exactly when it will end.

Ronan explained: “We are still discussing when the last show will be.

“We have a long time to decide over the year.

“It would be lovely to have a moment where we go, ‘That was amazing, that’s our last show’.

“Whether we film it or what I don’t know.”
