LADS WANT TO REWORK HITS

THERE could still be hope for Cardi B and Offset

despite the rapper’s “cheating”. He’s been desperate to win her back – and it might have worked. „

According to TMZ, they’re discussing possibly reuniting after he vowed to change his bad-boy ways for good and be the perfect dad to daughter Kulture. But Cardi is yet to put her wedding ring back on so he still has some way to go.

BUSTED are planning to re-record some of their greatest hits in a “rockier” style.

The guys say they’d love to re-imagine songs such as Year 3000, Air Hostess, and Crashed The Wedding with an edge.

They release new album Half Way There next month but Charlie Simpson told me: “I fought tooth and nail to get live drums on the first record and they were like: ‘No drums we are using programme drums’ and stuff like that really p **** d me off. We were at the mercy of NICKI Minaj Kenneth “Zoo” Petty a multinational record label. I’m not slagging them off as they broke our career, but it was a constant battle.

“But now all those arguments are gone as we think for ourselves and deliver the record company our work, we are the masters. We might go back and re-record all our old songs for like a Greatest Hits, maybe!”

Matt Willis, pictured left, added: “Yeah what’s so great about Busted right now is that we have ultimate control over what we do.

“We are at a point in our careers where we can just do what the f*** we want!” James Bourne added that they were originally marketed wrongly as a pop band but they are now fixing that.

He said: “Marketing is that first message people get about what you are, and that’s locked in their minds.

“But really this album we can play against all of our favourite albums we wished we sounded like 15 years ago and it’s completely like that.”

Charlie added “it wipes the floor” with their past records.

First single Nineties, taken from Half Way There, is a “taster” of what’s to come in February.
