That’s the verdict of the show’s creative director.

Dan Whiston says the sexy singer will cause sparks to fly when she steps out to skate this weekend.

He revealed: “Melody is hot stuff. She will melt that ice. She will be every dad’s favourite. It will be like: ‘Wow’ and jaws will drop to the floor. She is sexy and sassy.”

Dan will be known to millions as he has been a professional skater on the ITV series since it launched in 2006.

He’s coached such stars as Gaynor Faye, Hayley Tamaddon and Beth Tweddle to victory.

But this year he has switched roles to be creative director. He and head coach Karen Barber spend up to 12 hours a day making sure the celebs’ routines look great for the judges including Torvill and Dean.

And, having had an eye on all 12 stars, he’s the “man in the know’’.

James Jordan may have been top of the leader board last week when the first six celebs – including Gemma Collins and Jane Danson – skated.

But Dan reckons the next six – including Wes Nelson – will cause an upset on Sunday.

He teased: “Wait until you see the others. I think we’ll see a different star topping the leader board each week, which is really exciting.”

Dancing On Ice is on ITV on Sunday at 6pm. DANCING On Ice bosses are getting ready for an

„

ice romance.

Dan claims that just like Strictly, it’s no wonder stars fall for their ice-dance partners.

„

He said: “Friendships become intense because you spend more time with them than your husband, wife or partner.

“It’s happened before. It will happen again. This series? Watch this space.”

GEMMA Collins and James Jordan might have dance

„

experience in a ballroom.

But according to Dan, this won’t give them a huge advantage on an ice rink.

„

He said: “They might know more about performance than some of the others but remember – they are wearing blades. They have knives on their shoes! “Anyone who doesn’t think that’s a challenge I suggest they go hire a pair and try!”
