ANGRY men yesterday vowed to boycott Gillette razors over a new “PC” advert portraying them as “horrible”.

The ad used the shaving company’s slogan “the best a man can get” to urge them to behave better.

It said: “Bullying, the MeToo movement against sexual harassment, toxic masculinity, is this the best a man can get?”

One man is shown talking over a woman in a boardroom. Others are seen saying “boys will be boys” as they ignore brawling lads, and some wolf-whistling.

The commercial ends by showing male bad behaviour being corrected and adds: “We believe in the best in men – to say the right thing, to act the right way.

“Some already are in ways big and small. But some is not enough. Because the boys watching today will be the men of tomorrow.’’

The ad attracted 214,000 dislikes on YouTube. And thousands of men worldwide vowed never to buy another Gillette razor. Good Morning Britain host Piers Mor- MEN OF TOMORROW: Fight lads gan branded the advert “absurd virtue signalling PC grade guff ”, adding: “Gillette used to celebrate fabulous masculine qualities.

“Now the presumption is we are all horrible people.” Brit paratriathele Andy Lewis, 35, replied: “Time to boycott Gillette Piers !!!!

And US actor James Woods, 71, added: “I for one will never use your product again.’’ Gillette said it promoted “positive, attainable, inclusive and healthy versions of what it means to be a man”.
