Towie star’s on thin ice with rivals
DANCING On Ice diva Gemma Collins has been booted off the rink because she has become disruptive for other celebrities and professional skaters.
The Towie star keeps filming videos of herself on the ice to show her 1.2million followers on Instagram what she is up to.
In one day, she shot 15 Insta Stories with footage from the ITV show.
Earlier this week she turned her camera on Brian McFadden after spotting him on his skates.
However, her loud antics are starting to grate on the others.
Pro skater Hamish Gaman was trying to rehearse his routine on the rink at the time with X Factor star Saara Aalto and he told Gemma to move as she was getting in the way.
She later admitted: “The Prince of the Ice is telling me I’m being a disruption and I’ve got to go.
“Sorry, darling. Sorry Saara Aalto, I’ll go.”
Yesterday, celebrity skater and former cricketer Ryan Sidebottom told a radio show: “Gemma can be a bit of a diva.”
Former Westlife singer Brian had suffered a back injury and it was touch and go if he would perform this week.
But Gemma filmed herself shouting: “Brian! Brian!” and then grabbing him on the ice.
She shrieked: “I am so delighted Brian is staying, If he wasn’t in it, I was about to hang up my boots.”
Gemma also hired a psychic this week to “rid the rink of negative energy” after she took a tumble on the ice two weeks ago and bruised herself during her live routine.
She explained: “It’s to cleanse the energy for my performance on Sunday. We are gonna banish out all the bad energy.”
Gemma will be dancing on the ice to Destiny’s Child hit Survivor.
The show will air on ITV at 6pm tomorrow night.
