Lloyds a sorry site

BANKING giant Lloyds has apologised after customers were locked out of their accounts and unable to access online services.

The High Street bank did not specify the number of customers affected but said that services for the majority of them were not affected.

Lloyds added that the issue only affected those accessing their accounts online via desktops, and clients were still able to use mobile and tablet apps.
