DIVERSITY star Jordan Banjo has revealed how he had a secret “audition” for Strictly but was so bad he has now ruled out ever doing the show.

The Greatest Dancer co-host and street dancer got a mini ballroom lesson from show team captain Oti Mabuse to see how he fared.

But the sexy Strictly pro was not impressed.

Jordan admits: “I am afraid

I could never do it. The trouble is people know me from Diversity and my street dancing and so they will expect me to be good.

“But the reality is ballroom is tough. Too tough for me. Oti gave me some lessons and tried to teach me just

one thing – a hold. But after a while she told me I’m not very good. She said my posture was not right. The problem is I have been doing street dance for so many years it is very hard to suddenly forget everything I know and do something new. It’s like just because you can play basketball doesn’t mean you are good at football.” Tomorrow night Jordan and Alesha Dixon will host the finale of The Greatest Dancer.

Four acts will battle for the £50,000 prize money and a chance to perform on Strictly this autumn.

In the show the finalists will get to dance with their mentors including Oti and also Matthew Morrison and Cheryl.
