BACHELOR Alex Marks went looking for love on Channel 5’s show – so let’s hope the girl he has chosen isn’t the jealous type.

We can reveal the hunky personal trainer had secret FaceTime sessions with TV stunner Michelle Keegan while filming the series.

He got to meet her as her husband Mark Wright is the Channel 5 show’s host. Since some filming took place in South Africa, the ex-Towie star used to dial up the Our Girl and Corrie babe every night for a chat.

And that’s when Alex cheekily got a look-in. He confessed: “Michelle is an incredibly attractive girl. She and Mark were non-stop on FaceTime so I would jump in.” But Michelle, above, didn’t give him any advice about which of the 15 girls on the TV show to pick. Alex added: “She was really lovely and really kind. She was always saying: ‘Good luck!’” Alex, from London, also confessed to fancying Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence. He said: “I’m not sure my new girlfriend would like me saying this but Jennifer is my celebrity crush! It would be a dream to meet her.” If any of these confessions cause problems at home with the girl he has picked, Alex, 31, can rely on show host Mark for advice as he became something of a mentor during filming.

He added: “He gave me loads of tips, especially when it came to managing the stresses of dating 15 women. It became a bit of a theme. Mark was a real confidante for me outside the show.” ¬ÊThe Bachelor starts on Channel 5 tonight at 10pm.
