The pair are rumoured to have been at war for years but it all kicked off when Amanda accused Phil of getting her axed from This Morning while Holly Willoughby was in Australia for I’m A Celeb.
She also took a swipe at him on her radio show, saying the three things she wouldn’t want to find in her house were “spiders, flies and Phillip Schofield”. He claimed he tries to be “easy and fun” to work with but Amanda went on to blast him again, saying he refused to make up with her.

Last year, the Oasis singer had a very unusual encounter in a restaurant with the wacky Deal Or No Deal presenter. Gallagher revealed things got awkward between the pair when Edmonds made a comment about being the butt of jokes for sharing the same name as him. “I was like: ‘Whatever, enjoy your sea bass’,” recalls Gallagher. “What jokes?! It wasn’t me dressed as Mr Blobby all those years.”
CHERYL & LILY ALLEN
When Lily released a song called Cheryl Tweedy as a B-side to No1 hit Smile, it started a feud with the Geordie pop star. It related to the complimentary line “I wish I looked just like Cheryl Tweedy”, but Lily was then quoted as saying nobody actually wanted to look like her, “they just think they do”. After she was asked about the comments, Cheryl called Lily a “chick with a d***”. Last year Lily finally apologised to Geordie Cheryl, blaming her own “sexual frustrations” for the row.

After Miley released her 2013 single Wrecking Ball, she said the inspiration for the nude video was Sinead’s hit Nothing Compares 2 U. Sinead then retorted with a public letter advising Cyrus against being “prostituted” by the music industry. The pair went on to exchange tetchy messages.

In 2006, Kim K was known to most people as heiress Paris’s BFF. But after Kim rose to fame, the claws came out and Hilton described Kim’s famous bum as looking like “cottage cheese inside a big trash bag”. After that, they took shots at each other in interviews, but have now since seemingly made up.
KANYE WEST & JIMMY KIMMEL
Rapper Kanye has had several feuds, but his fight with US host Jimmy has to be the strangest. In 2013, after Jimmy ran a spoof on a Kanye interview where he had described himself as “the biggest rock star in the world”, the musician retorted with a series of tweets saying that Kimmel was “out of line” in mocking “the first piece of honest media in years”. The tweets went back and forth, but ended up going nowhere.
