BACK in my local this week, my barman Richard was discussing his mother-in-law who is visiting. “If it weren’t for my marriage, she’d spend most of her life arguing with complete strangers,” he said. Think it’s been a tough week. TERRIFIED pop star Harry Styles locks himself in his bedroom at night after being stalked by a homeless man.

The One Direction star spotted Pablo Tarazaga-Orero, 26, sleeping in a bus stop near his home and offered him money for a hotel room.

But when Styles brought him food he started posting notes and money through his door, and followed him to a west London pub.

Tarazaga-Orero claimed the heart-throb offered him “money to have some fun” in a hotel.

But Hendon magistrates said Styles was a “credible witness” and had “good intentions”.

Speaking from behind a screen, the pop star said: “I never really encountered this kind of behaviour before.

“I’ve employed a night guard which I’ve never felt necessary before. “I continue to lock my bedroom at night, I find myself assessing my residence and any weak spots.”

The court heard the stalker would sit “in his eyeline” at the local pub and tried to block Styles’ path when he was out jogging.

Styles said: “I thought it was sad that someone so young was sleeping rough at a bus stop when it was cold.

“Until that point, I never felt unsafe or uneasy in my own home.”

Tarazaga-Orero was found of stalking.

District Judge Nigel Dean said: “I found the suggestion that Mr Styles would accompany the defendant for fun to be completely incredible.”

Tarazaga-Orero was bailed will be sentenced at a later date. guilty and
