BRITS will be frozen with fear on Halloween as winter roars in.

Temperatures have been steadily plummeting following an Indian summer at the beginning of the month.

Bookies reckon it is almost certain that some parts of the UK will see Game Of Thrones-style snow scenes in the next two days.

And forecasters are warning that some of the most remote areas will see temperatures as low as -7C.

Cold, sunny weather is expected today and Halloween tomorrow, although the mercury may rise a few degrees by Friday as “murky” conditions and heavy rainfall move in.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “It looks as though Brits will be getting the chills ★

TWO Halloween fans have spent eight weeks creating a house of horrors for their spooky 13th year.

William, 64, and Roslyn Howson, 57, turn their kitchen in Motherwell, North Lanarks, into a bone-chilling butchery scene.

And in Norris Green in Liverpool, Julie Smith and Francis McIsaac have made a gory garden with a demonic nun for charity. in more ways than one this Halloween, with snow seemingly on the way.”

Ladbrokes has slashed the odds from 2/1 to just 4/6 on snow falling anywhere in the UK on October 31.

The Met Office said: “A cold start for Wednesday, then most areas fine, dry and bright.

“Cloudier and windy across south west England. Bright but cold on Thursday in north east. Milder, murky conditions in the south west with some rain extending to all parts by Friday.”
