ROCK legend Ozzy Osbourne celebrates his grand-daughter’s birthday weeks after he revealed he has Parkinson’s disease.

Ozzy, 71, clearly enjoyed the party to mark the second birthday of Minnie, daughter of his son Jack, 34. Jack wrote: “My littlest angel turned 2!”

THE Government faces a race against time to pass emergency laws following the Streatham terrorist attack.

Ministers have just over 20 days to rush the Bill through Parliament. If they fail, six more dangerous terrorists will be set free under automatic release rules.

A Whitehall official said: “If the legislation is passed by February 27, we can prevent the automatic release of any further terrorist suspects who might pose a threat to the public.”

The terrorist convict the Government is concerned about being released on February 28 is believed to be Mohammed Zahir Khan, from Sunderland, who was jailed in May 2018 for encouraging acts of terror, disseminating terror material and inciting religious hatred. Another five are expected to be let out in March.

Convicted terrorist Sudesh Amman, 20, automatically freed half way through his sentence, stabbed two people in Streatham, south London, on Sunday before being shot dead by police.

The new law would make offenders serve two thirds of their sentence.

A panel of specialist judges and psychiatrists at the Parole Board would then examine their case.

Of the 224 terrorists in UK prisons as many as 50 could be freed this year.
