THE Doctor Who series finale will see an epic battle between the forces of good and evil with the Time Lord and her companions set to battle the Master yet again.

Sacha Dhawan plays the new incarnatio­n of the Doctor’s arch enemy and has teased fans of what is to come.

He told the Radio Times: “You’re going to see their relationsh­ip in the present, in the past… there’s a lot to be uncovered. And that will bring up a lot of emotion and a lot of darkness.”

BRITAIN’S Got Talent judge Simon Cowell and his son Eric have penned a series of books to raise money for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices and the charity Together for Short Lives.

The Wishfits are based on cross breeds of pets such as the “dat” (a dog crossed with a cat) and “snog” (a snail/dog hybrid).

COMEDY Central UK will launch a new entertainm­ent show Gods Of The Game next month.

The series, presented by Olympic champion cyclist Sir Bradley Wiggins, will follow athletes taking on “mortals” in a series of sporting challenges.

The line-up includes runner Sir Mo Farah, former cyclist Sir Chris Hoy and ex-swimmer Rebecca Addlington.

To give the contestant­s was inspired by a very special friend of ours who runs a children’s hospice charity.

“I told her how the two of us would think of the most unlikely animal we would like as a pet.

“She loved this idea so much, she encouraged me to turn this into a book series.”

The duo have landed a sevenbook deal and the first three will be released next year. a chance to beat these “Gods” at their own game, they will get a head start.

But if they take the chance for a substantia­l handicap, they will win fewer points – slashing their chances of a podium finish in the medal ceremony and losing the bragging rights that would come with besting Mo Farah in a running race.
