LIAM CHARITY BID BLASTED

-

is refusing to play ball with brother and will NOT reunite for an NHS benefit gig.

All week Liam has been tweeting, urging his brother to reform the band for a oneoff charity show.

Noel has finally broken his silence and urged Liam to do a solo one instead.

Rolling his eyes at his brother, Noel said: “Sure as night follows day that was going to happen.

“I don’t know why he’s not offering to do a f***ing charity gig himself. But there you go.”

Liam has vowed to go ahead with an Oasis gig even

without his estranged brother present.

Noel thinks there are too many musicians doing selfisolation gigs as it is.

He said: “I could do gigs from home if I could be arsed.

“What, set up a film crew in the front room and be like: ‘Hey guys, I’m going to sing some songs for you guys,’ suffering like us all in this massive f***in’ house, whatever.”

In fact, the songwriter is too busy for Oasis because he’s recording a solo LP at home instead. He revealed: “I’ve been writing… as I’m not going to be able to get into the studio for a good six months I’ll be writing at home.

“Like Pink Floyd Wall, it’ll be called Gallagher The Virus.”

The High Flying Birds leader was due to play his beloved Glastonbury Festival in June but he’s glad Michael Eavis called off the event due to coronavirus.

He added: “I thought it was for the best that Glastonbury was cancelled. You don’t get paid much anyway.”

Now Liam Gallagher’s Heaton Park gig in Manchester is cancelled too, I wonder what he will come up with next?
