THE Swindon blonde made her Page 3 debut in 1997 after being spotted in a double glazing advert.

She was so popular, she once earned £25,000 just for being photograph­ed holding a Pot Noodle. Melinda, 49, has since presented and appeared on a string of TV shows such as Cowboy Builders and Dancing On Ice. But her life took a different turn when she qualified as a psychother­apist, spending the past five years working with clients. Melinda was married to Wayne Roberts, the father of her three children, but they split in 2012.

In 2018 she started dating coffee shop boss Chris Harding after they met on Channel 4’s Celebrity First Dates but they split eight months later.

BUBBLY Jo was one of the most popular glamour girls of the 1990s and a regular on the London party scene.

By 2007 she decided to swap the bright lights of the capital for a quieter life by the sea in Bournemout­h.

But she soon found herself in

With the cash rolling in, she retreated to the Hertfordsh­ire countrysid­e with first husband the grip of a condition called fibromyalg­ia, which left her with bloating, nausea, muscle pain and extreme tiredness.

JUST 16 when she was turned away from a career in the police because she was too short, Sam’s mum instead entered her into a newspaper amateur modelling contest in 1983. The Londoner went on to become one of the most-photograph­ed women of the decade, landing a fouryear Page 3 deal before quitting glamour modelling to become a pop star.

She proved to be a success in that area too, winning a BRIT Award for her debut single Touch Me.

As for her love life, after dating career criminal Peter Foster and Kiss star Paul Stanley, rumours of a lesbian romance between Sam and her housemate Cris Bonacci began to swirl.

And in 2003 Sam confirmed she was in a serious relationsh­ip with her manager Myra Stratton. The pair became civil partners in 2009 but Myra died from cancer in 2015 aged 60, leaving Sam devastated.
