BBC Carol weathers a bike smash drama
STAR ON MEND AFTER ACCIDENT
BBC Breakfast star Carol Kirkwood was rushed to hospital after being knocked off her bike by a passing car.
The Scottish presenter has been missing from our television screens for several weeks.
On her return yesterday morning she admitted she had been spending time recuperating in Slough, Berks.
And she was flooded with sympathy when she revealed she was hit by a car while out riding her bike before being rushed to Wexham Park Hospital.
