MIKE Tyson sparked rumours he is set to return to the ring as a wrestler after he clashed with grappler Chris Jericho.

The ex-boxer, 53, ripped off his shirt on AEW’S Wednesday show as he shouted: “I’m coming back and Jericho is getting his a** kicked!”

ROCKER Liam Gallagher has offered an olive branch in his long-running feud with Robbie Williams.

The ex-oasis frontman, left, has been locked in a war of words for decades with the Angels hitmaker, who recently again challenged him to a fight.

But after Rob revealed his father Pete Conway has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, his old enemy has reached out to offer support.

Liam, 47, tweeted: “Oi Robbie balboa it’s LG I hear you got s ** t going down in your fam I’m sorry to hear that love n light going out to your famiky stay cool and in tune LG x.”

And the former Take That star was delighted to receive the message. The 46-year-old replied: “Brother.that means a lot to me ..Carry on being celestial .the world needs you .Your fan rob.”

Despite their war of words, Robbie recently hailed Liam as “iconic” and “the voice of a generation”, prompting a fan in a separate exchange to ask if the rivals’ punch-up was off.

Using the rhyming slang for fight – Barry White – the ex-oasis star replied: “There was never gonna be a Barry peace n love.”

TYSON Fury has revealed the actor he would most like to play him in a film – Denzel Washington.

The WBC world heavyweight champion says he has already been contacted by Tinseltown movie moguls looking to tell his story in a biopic.

The Morecambe boxer, who is white, believes Denzel, inset, should play him – even though the American, 65, is black.

The 31-year-old said: “I’m in talks with Hollywood directors for the Tyson Fury life story. They asked me: ‘Who would you want to play you?’

“I said: ‘Obviously Denzel.’ I’ve always said Denzel.

“Everybody had a bit of a laugh about it. We’ll have to finalise who’s going to be the actor.

“I think Denzel is good enough to play anybody, isn’t he?

“I’m not too sure if he can do the husky voice, though. He needs a punch in the throat for that one.”

Tyson, who is signed to fight old foe Deontay Wilder, 34, in his next fight, added: “I’ve been offered quite a few different things.”
