CAROLE Baskin will inherit ghosts and ghouls when she takes over Joe Exotic’s notorious tiger park.

Exotic’s former business partner Jeff Lowe, who ran the park after Joe was jailed for plotting to murder Carole, has warned that the grounds are haunted. The land is the site of an ancient Native American burial ground.

And he claimed his nemesis “deserves” the property as the grounds are steeped in bad luck because of the human remains buried all over the 16-acre plot in Oklahoma.

He said: “I tried to donate the property to the Indian nation about a year ago because we knew there are the remains of a young American Indian boy buried here and we thought that the nation should have the right to this land.”

Jeff was one of the wacky characters featured in the Netflix smash-hit about Joe Exotic and the park.

Fans are sure to be thrilled with his announcement that he is working on a new reality series based solely on him and his family.

Jeff said: “We’ve been working with Content Group to put together a reality show that will fill in the blanks that Netflix left and will conclude the story between Carole and Joe.”

A judge ruled that Exotic and Lowe must hand over the grounds of the zoo to settle an outstanding debt Exotic owed to Carole after losing a nine-year £1million court battle.

She sued Exotic – real name Joseph Maldonado-passage – after he used logos resembling ones owned by her Big Cat Rescue firm.
