I’m confused ref Track & Trace rules. After isolating for 12wks due to underlying health issues I went food shopping with a friend, we kept 2 mtrs apart wearing masks, unlike many others in store. If im informed I may have been in contact with an infected person do I have to go back in isolation? And how many times can I be advised of re isolation? JAISTAR, Blackpool
