STREET STRIFE!
Soap star Al and ex-wife hardly speak
CORRIE star Alan Halsall admitted he and ex-wife and former co-star Lucyjo Hudson barely talk any more.
Alan, who has played Tyrone Dobbs since 1998, says the cobbles couple now only discuss arrangements for their daughter Sienna.
They met on the ITV soap’s set but divorced in 2018 after 13 years together.
Alan appeared to lash out on social media this year after Lucy-jo’s new partner Lewis Devine, who she recently had a child with, described Sienna, six, as “our Sienna”.
But Alan told OK! magazine this “There’s always going to be ups and downs with a blended family.
“So long as Sienna comes first in all of it, that’s all that matters.
“Sienna’s got her mum, dad and she’s got Lewis and Tisha.
Strong
week:
“It’s just a case that everybody loves her.
“Of course there is differences of opinion.
Just so long as we’re in that loving way when
Sienna is around.
“We don’t have a great deal of communication, it’s only ever about Sienna and that’s all it needs to be.”
Alan, 37, has since moved on with another former co-star, Tisha
Merry, and they have moved in together.
He has now revealed for the first time the couple have spoken about marriage and kids.
Tisha, 27, who played Corrie waitress Steph Britton for five years until 2018, added: “He’ll be amazing. When we were still friends, I got asked to babysit and asked Alan to come.
“We got there and it was just Alan babysitting. He’s such a good dad, he’s so caring and loving. He notices everything and his communication with Sienna is so strong.
“I’d love that for our child if we have one.”
