THIS incredible photo captures an osprey plunging down to catch a rainbow trout and then flying away to enjoy his breakfast.

Ross Forsyth, 50, took the pictures in Aviemore, Scottish Highlands, earlier this month.

Ross, of Edinburgh, said: “I love photographing the ospreys every summer in

Scotland as they dive into local lochs for fish.

“Lockdown made me desperate to get out before the birds begin their migration back to Africa in the coming weeks.

“The osprey is making off with the trout early in the morning and flying right towards the camera.”

EMMA Willis wants a panic room at home as she gets scared when her husband is away.

The Voice host says she and her three children all sleep in the same room when her Busted bassist husband Matt is not there. She also asks friends to stay and gets up five times a night to check the burglar alarm is on.

Speaking on the When No One’s Watching podcast, Emma, 44, admitted she has become “neurotic”.

She said: “I am Mrs

Health and Safety – I would rather be safe than sorry.

“I think I have become immensely paranoid about safety as I’ve got older and had kids.

Control

“I think I’m a bit of a control freak, so there’s part of me that does enjoy it because I can go to bed knowing that my ticklist is completed. But part of me would love not to come downstairs five times to check when I’ve already put the alarm on.

“I would love a panic room. We don’t have room for one and I imagine they are mega bucks, but I would love one.”

She recently forced Matt, 37, to give up his motorbike, adding: “I’ve taken everything he finds fun out of his life and made him immensely safe to be a husband and father.’’

Matt moaned: “There is a little bit of a chance of death with everything that is fun. Every time we went on tour one of Emma’s friends would move into our house. And if I’m away all the kids go and sleep in her bed.”
