JOHNNY Depp was mobbed by women in court yesterday where his former wife was branded a “compulsive liar”.
The Pirates Of The Caribbean star arrived for the last day of his libel trial to chants of “go Johnny go” from supporters gathered outside.
In the Royal Courts of Justice, 40 mainly female fans formed a guard of honour outside the courtroom.
Depp, 57, hugged them, signed autographs and accepted bunches of flowers.
He then heard his lawyer David Sherborne accuse Heard of “blatantly lying” about a catalogue of abuse she claimed she suffered at his hands during their five-year relationship.

Heard, who gave evidence on behalf of the publisher, claimed the actor attacked her at least 14 times while high on drink and drugs during their relationship, which ended in divorce in 2017.
The lawyer said Depp did not want money but to salvage his reputation.
Judge Mr Justice Nicol reserved his ruling until later this year.
