I’M READY TO GO JOE Tyson’s AJ pop

Dubois will fight anywhere

DANIEL DUBOIS insists he will fight Joe Joyce behind closed doors.

But promoter Frank Warren admits the fighters would have to take a pay cut for that to happen as he continues to hope their October 24 date can take place in front of a crowd at the O2.

The 22-year-old rising star made light work of Dutchman Ricardo Snijders, stopping him 20 seconds into the second round on Saturday at the BT Sport studio.

Now all eyes turn to the British, Commonwealth and European heavyweight title clash with Joyce.

“I will fight him behind closed doors,” said Dubois. “I will fight

■ him anywhere. As long as there is a referee there and everything else is in order, I’m ready.”

Dubois laughed when it was mentioned that would need him to potentially take less money for the heavyweight showdown.

The O2 show is on the way to a sellout and an absence of fans could leave a hole in the money pot of up to £2m.

Warren and his team held talks with government advisers last week about the return of supporters to arenas.

They are expecting news in the next couple of weeks as Warren refused to rule out the highly

TYSON FURY claims Anthony Joshua’s team should “grow a pair” and face him in December.

Fury’s trilogy fight with Deontay Wilder on December 19 may not happen if fans are kept out.

The WBC king wants Joshua if he cannot fight Wilder and has told his fellow Brit to dump his next opponent Kubrat Pulev and give up his IBF crown.

“Let’s get it on. I’m ready to go now, I’d have fought him in that ring tonight,” Fury told BT Sport.

“I’d still kick his ass, any time of the day. Hopefully, they grow a pair and want to fight the Gypsy King.” anticipated domestic clash going ahead with no fans.

“That may happen,” said Warren. “It’s something we have to look at. For that the boxers would have to take less money and you know what the answer is going to be.

“From their perspective, it’s not making them any lesser opponents whether there is a crowd there or not. We want to get bums on seats.”

Dubois showed no signs of struggling without supporters in the venue as he destroyed Snijders with a sickening body assault.

The sound of his shots landing was even more shocking in the silence of the Stratford studio.

Snijders was never going to be a real test but the hype continues to build about the Greenwich hitter, who moved to 15-0.

“The interest in me means I’m doing my job good,” added Dubois.

“I never let it get to my head, I never let my head swell. I’ve got more to prove and do in this sport. We are just getting started.”
