why don’t the police use water canon on the unruly mobs & gangs but spray them with a dye that doesn’t wash off. They can then arrest the idiots at will & fine them accordingly. Wouldn’t it be sensible for a law banning anyone, other than bonafide retailers from buying bulk, such as toilet rolls until the pandemic is beaten. Shelf snatchers are selfish greedy and insensitive.
