MICH HITS BACK OVER MARRIAGE
MICHELLE Keegan is sick of speculation about her marriage to Mark Wright.
The former Corrie actress has declared that her relationship with ex-towie regular Mark, 34, is not under strain from her heavy work schedule.
Filming for army drama Our Girl meant months away from her husband in South Africa and Malaysia. She said: “Going away for work is never seen as a good thing, only as a negative, and I don’t understand that.
“Are you seriously supposed to turn down work in case it impacts your marriage?
“I find it ridiculous. I remember taking off one weekend and spending it on a tropical beach and thinking, ‘I’m being paid to be in another country doing something I love.’”
Michelle, 33, also said baby plans, if any, are “noone else’s business”.
She said: “Nobody else knows what goes on behind closed doors. I think that’s the reason that question affects me so much – it’s very private.”
She said the couple have stepped away from social media as they had “lost control a little bit” of their privacy – not because their marriage has hit the skids.
