The easy-to-read display and central control panel gives you the option to view speed, time, distance and calories so that you can track your progress, and there are a choice of three automatic programmes lasting between 10 and 30 minutes.

The adjustable speed ranges from 1 to 6km/h catering for all levels of fitness. There is a safety cut-out cord which ensures the treadmill will stop should you unexpectedly leave the treadmill.
