Hearn’s right about protest crackdowns

-

❑ I agree whole heartedly with Eddie Hearn re the idiots attacking the Crucible, our courts and laws are too lenient we have had these “activists” attacking the National Art Galleries, and Motorways surely the time has come for the Courts to come down really hard on them not a slap on the wrist but locked away for a long time. When you get idiots like the fool who chucked eggs at the King come out of court laughing with his mates something is seriously not right, the law becomes a joke. Big Connie

❑ People are losing their minds because “they’re renaming everything in Welsh!” Maybe if they hadn’t been renamed in English, stripping these places of their history and cultural significance they wouldn’t need to be “renamed” in Welsh. This is not changing the names of these places, it is acknowledging the unique language and culture that these names have and reclaiming it. The woke Unionists feared Wales might find its voice through its language and culture. Andrew Nutt
