❑ some time ago i was ridiculed by a nmbr of my fellow txtrs for predicting the use of prison/accom barges here in the sth west!! Guess what! The first has arrived in falmouth for dry~docking for checks nd a needed lick of paint prior to taking up position in portland harbour with its residents given freedom of movement!! I can assure you the small village of portland does not av either the capabilities/infrastructure to safely handle this influx especially bearing in mind we’ve already swamped many of our hotels nd lost a lot of our holiday trade!
