Henri Jayer and a selection of top names from Bordeaux led a busy late-September auction for Acker Merrall in Hong Kong, with a number of records set for Le Pin and Domaine Leroy. While Asian collectors dominated proceedings, buyers from Brazil and the US also caught the eye, each accounting for 10% of sales. Jayer’s Cros Parantoux 1996 (HK$839,000/ case) led the bidding.
