Señorío de Rubiós, Manuel d’Amaro Pedral, Rías Baixas 2015

Pedral is another of Galicia’s delightful scarcities. Generous with red fruit, a balancing rasp of tannin, and a delightful, persistent finish. Very fresh. Hope to see more planted! 93 Drink 2017-2021
