H by Hine is a lively, young, fruitforward Fine Champagne Cognac distilled on its lees which gives extra body and flavour. Experiment with food pairings by serving it frozen in a shot glass alongside oysters, sashimi, gravadlax, carpaccio of swordfish or pata negra ham. Drizzle it over a peach salad for dessert, or enjoy a long drink mixed with tonic, cider or ginger ale over ice, garnished with cucumber, a twist of lime or a sprig of rosemary.
