Q What inspires you as a winemaker?

A My surroundings are pretty hard to beat! Waking up each morning with a view of the Andes, the fantastic team I have around me and the quality and potential that my vineyards have is a special combination. Q Where are you happiest?

A A rib of beef, an Asado at home with my wife and friends and a great bottle of Malbec. Q What motto do you live by? A No matter what you do, there is

always room for improvement. Q What is your most treasured possession?

A After recovering from a serious illness as a child, you cannot underestimate the value of good health to enjoy life. Q What is your most memorable wine?

A One wine that blew my mind was an Olivier Leflaive, Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru, but on a more affordable level my Doña Paula Selección de Bodega is pretty impressive.
