CHRISTOPHER Fossey, 43, of Market Place, South Normanton, was jailed for 20 weeks, suspended for a year, handed an eight-week curfew and told to pay £200 compensation, £85 costs and a £128 victim surcharge for assault occasioning actual bodily harm in South Normanton on May 30.
