Where the £1m homes were sold

-

NEW figures have revealed where some of the most expensive homes in Derbyshire were sold in recent months.

The list, released by the Land Registry, shows where some of the priciest properties brought in the county between August and October are located.

Homes in Breaston, Derby, and Melbourne all went for £1 million or more, with properties in Dronfield and Matlock also making the list.

According to the Government department, 48,317 home sales have so far been registered across England and Wales for August, there were 25,982 for September, and 622 for October.

It may take several weeks for sales to be registered after completion so some sales from later in the period may not be listed yet. The impact of the coronavirus pandemic has meant that it is taking longer for sales to be registered.
