JUSTIN BIEBER and the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir have joined forces for a special version of his track Holy, to raise money for NHS Charities Together and the choir’s local NHS trust charity. The choir gained fame when they beat the Canadian pop star to the Christmas top spot in 2015 after he urged his fans to support them. He said: “I’m humbled to team up with them for a charity single that will benefit NHS workers.”

LADBABY is also making a bid for the top spot with single Don’t Stop Me Eatin’. The dad of two – real name Mark Hoyle and his wife Rox – have hit the coveted festive number one spot for the past two Christmase­s with sausage roll-inspired singles and star in this year’s Walkers crisps Christmas advert helping to raise money for the Trussell Trust which supports a network of food banks across the UK.

COMEDIAN and Great British Bake Off presenter Matt Lucas has put a festive spin on his successful charity song Thank You Baked Potato, released earlier this year to raise money to feed NHS workers, by recording Merry Christmas, Baked Potato.

FORMER Oasis star Liam Gallagher has brought out his first Christmas song, All You’re Dreaming Of, in aid of

Action For Children. He said Bing Crosby would have been proud and he hopes “this brings back some much needed love and hope”.

MUSICAL theatre group Collabro won Britain’s Got Talent in 2014 and their festive single Christmas Is Here is helping to raise money for military charity Help For Heroes.

RIG AID’S It’s Christmas Time, It’s Time To Lash aims to raise money for Re-start Rugby, which provides for former profession­al rugby players whose careers have been cut short through injury or illness. The single, by podcaster and self appointed CEO of Clapham, Archie Curzon, also features former England rugby star James Haskell, cricketer Darren Gough and actor Jeremy Irvine.

SINGERsong­writer Sam Fender has brought out a cover cov version of Winter Song S by Lindisfarn­e, in aid of social enterprise People On The T Streets. He H is also selling sel The Big Issue on his website to help combat homelessne­ss.

THE new Arctic Monkeys album Live At The Royal Albert Hall is helping to raise money for the War

Child UK charity. The concert was recorded two years ago for the charity and the band says: “The situation that was bad in 2018 is now desperate and those children and their families need our help more than ever.”
