THE following people have been dealt with at magistrate­s’ courts for driving offences committed in 2020:

■Winsley Gera, 31, of Avonmouth Drive, Alvaston, was fined £233, ordered to pay £85 costs, a £32 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without due care and attention in Field Rise, Derby, on January 19.

■Kulwant Singh Bahra, 60, of Burnside Close, Stenson Fields, was fined £346, ordered to pay £85 costs, a £35 victim surcharge and was disqualifi­ed from driving for six months for driving without due care and attention in Glencroft Drive, Sinfin, on April 25.

■Ryan Harriott, 29, of Burton Road, Derby, was fined £300, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge and was disqualifi­ed from driving for six months for driving without insurance in Burton Road, Derby, on March 22.

■Gemma Gibson, 41, of Barker Round Way, Burton, was fined £66, ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and had her licence endorsed with three points for speeding at 37mph in a 30mph limit in Woodland Road, Stanton, on May 3.

■Michael Adams, 40, of Stanley Street, Derby, was fined £220, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with four points for driving without a valid licence on June 13 and for speeding at 38mph in a 30mph limit on July 6, both in London Road, Shardlow.

■Amir Amet, 25, of Wyggeston Street, Burton, was fined £440, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £44 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with four points for speeding at 42mph in a 30mph limit in Woodland Road, Stanton, on July 5.

■Adam Bagshaw, 45, of Shaftesbur­y Avenue, Sawley, was fined £100, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with three points for speeding at 36mph in a 30mph limit in London Road, Shardlow, on July 6.

■Andrew Bearder, 50, of Station Street, Ashbourne, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £90 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with three points for speeding at 75mph in a 60mph limit on the M1 at Breaston on July 2.

■Tristan Carlin-Thorpe, 20, of Thorpes Road, Heanor, was fined £660, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £66 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six points for driving without insurance in Hartshay Hill, Ripley, on June 11.
