Fertility specialist Dr Marie Wren and matchmaker Gillian McCallum have created a vetting and matchmaking scheme to link coparents.
It’s basically dating, but these couples are looking for a strictly platonic spark that could lead to making babies.

In this episode, 34-year-old nanny Venicia has looked after lots of other people’s kids and now desperately wants one of her own, but doesn’t think she has the time to meet someone.
She is matched with three prospective dadsto-be, Nigel, Vik and Jean-Paul. Meanwhile, Sarah , 39, also feels she hasn’t met the right person in time and goes on dates with Ian, Chris and Chris.
“I wanted to meet somebody and fall in love, but that hasn’t happened,” she says.
“I have a bit of a wish list. They have to be a people person, somebody that has traditional family values, and most important, they have to be kind. Everything is at stake.”
There are some awkward first dates as they navigate finding a non-romantic attraction and checking out shared values and medical history. And for some, problems are already arising.
