THE following people have had their cases heard by magistrates in Derbyshire for motoring offences:

■■Yazmine Fox, 24, of Brackenhill Close, Littleover, was fined £246 and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £32 victim surcharge and had her licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without due care and attention on the A38 at Findern on April 7.

■■Szymon Kowalow, 31, of Sutherland Road, Pear Tree, was fined £369 and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £37 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for a year for driving while over the legal limit for cannabis in Painters Lane, Ednaston, on April 29, 2020.

■■Rachel Smith, 19, of Derby Road, Melbourne, was fined £540 and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £54 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 18 months for driving while over the legal limit for cannabis in Infinity Park Way, Derby, on April 29 and for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at St Mary’s Wharf police station, in Chester Green, on August 14.

■■Joshua Swift, 23, of Stafford Street, Derby, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 18 months for driving while over the legal limit for cannabis and for driving without insurance in Nottingham Road, Tansley, Matlock, on May 17.

■■Shawn Whitmore, 36, of Woods Road, Chaddesden, was fined £850 and ordered to pay £85 costs, an £85 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 18 months for driving while over the legal limit for cannabis in Morley Road, Derby, on April 2, 2020.

■■Jacob Anderson-Raymond, 19, of Wolfa Street, Derby, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for a year for driving while over the legal limit for cannabis and for driving without a valid licence in the car park of Tesco, in Rutland Street, Ilkeston, on May 6.

■■Scott Mills, 29, of Mountfield Way, Boulton Moor, was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without due care and attention in Uttoxeter Old Road, Derby, on April 23, 2019.

■■Suny David, 33, of Mayfield Grove, Long Eaton, was fined £480 and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £48 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance in Mayfield Grove, Long Eaton on May 26.
