Tom Holland’s latest outing as the webslinger, which also stars Zendaya, right, has become the first pandemic-era movie to make more than $1bn (£750m) at the global box office. Within two weeks of its premiere the movie had also become the highestgrossing film of 2021.

BANKS
Analysis by Which? reveals that almost half of bank branches have closed since 2015. Some 4,735 branches have shut or been earmarked for closure in the last six years, according to the consumer group.
