OUR COMMENT: There’s some serious digital manipulation going on here, but we loved Laura’s surreal interpretation of our brief. This image is a reflection on her time during the COVID-19 confinement (with a clever use of the clock as a metaphor), and her composite of several photos in Photoshop displays a seamless and creative approach to editing. By choosing to light and expose the image in a low-key style, Laura really invites the viewer to look more closely into the frame. The overall concept is well-shot and well-executed as a whole.
