Marking 20 years since the release of Samsung’s first phone with a camera, this is a tech spec behemoth of a smartphone, with a 108MP main camera, 40MP “selfie” camera, 100x zoom, and 8K video (which can be turned into 33MP stills). The 100x digital zoom is shaky at the extreme end, but capable of taking great telephoto images. Other standout features include Night mode, a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen, and a memory card slot for extra capacity. The Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+ offer similar builds but more modest pixel counts and prices.
