A charity which provides health and well-being treatments for all ages has moved to its new premises.

The doors of the The Agape Well-being Centre are once again open following a five-month closure. They have moved from the Olympia Mall to the seventh floor of the Plaza Tower and are open Wednesday to Friday from 11am-3pm.

The group is a faith-based charitable organisation.

For the very young, there are baby massage classes and a weekly Well Baby and Tots Advice drop-in clinic run by a qualified Health Visitor.

Agape Tots has now also re-opened online.

It stocks everything you need for babies and children up to the age of five years.

The group are also giving away free Agape baby gift boxes filled with goods for a new arrival.

If you have a 0-3 month old baby, are in receipt of Healthy Start vouchers and live in East Kilbride, just pop into the centre with proof of entitlement to get a box.

For adults they offer express massage as well as running health and wellbeing programmes and activities.

A confidential listening ear service run by trained Christian volunteers, offer people an opportunity to chat over a cup of tea and receive prayer if they should wish this.

For others it’s an opportunity to meet people and just enjoy the company.

All services, which are run by passionate trained volunteers, are offered on a donation-only basis or for a low cost enabling everyone to access them.

Most are available without appointment, however all courses must be pre-booked. See the website for further details www.agapewellbeing.com
