Here are the candidates standing for election in the East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow constituency.
SNP - DR LISA CAMERON
The SNP’s candidate for the East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow constituency will be Dr Lisa Cameron. Dr Cameron is hoping to be re-elected to the seat she won in 2015.
LABOUR - MONIQUE MCADAMS
Scottish Labour’s candidate for the East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow constituency is Monique McAdams. Ms McAdams was elected to serve in the East Kilbride West ward at the recent South Lanarkshire Council elections.
CONSERVATIVES - MARK MCGEEVER
Mark McGeever will contest the East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow constituency for the Scottish Conservatives. At the recent South Lanarkshire Council elections, Mr McGeever was elected to serve in the Hamilton West and Earnock ward.
LIB DEMS - PAUL MCGARRY
The Scottish Liberal Democrats have chosen Paul McGarry as their candidate for the East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow constituency. Mr McGarry recently stood as a candidate in the East Kilbride South ward at the recent South Lanarkshire Council elections.
UKIP - JANICE MACKAY
Janice MacKay will fight the East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow constituency for UKIP. At the recent South Lanarkshire Council elections, Ms MacKay stood as a candidate in the Clydesdale South ward.
