Teen charged after break-in
An East Kilbride teenager has been charged in connection with a break-in at an elderly woman’s home in East Renfrewshire.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, faces two charges relating to the incident in Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, on April 10.
He made no plea or declaration when he appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court and was granted bail to appear in court at a later date.
